Can I still make edits to my AHRMM20+ booth?
Exhibitors can make edits to their booth through Friday, September 11th at 4:30pm CST.
When will Booth Staff gain pre-show access to the AHRMM20+ platform?
All Booth Staff will receive access to AHRMM20+ to build their booth starting on Wednesday, August 12.
Booth Staff will be able to preview the AHRMM20+ environment between starting on Friday, September 18.
The AHRMM20+ environment will open to attendees on Tuesday, September 22.

When can attendees access my booth during the live event?
Attendees will gain access to exhibitor booths at the beginning of the live event on September 22nd and can visit your booth at any time throughout the event. AHRMM20+ has published Dedicated Exhibitor Hours and we highly recommend you have Booth Staff available for Live Chat during these times.
What happens when an attendee visits my unattended booth?
If an attendee visits your booth while it is unattended, the attendee will still have access to all features of the booth except Live Chat. Attendees can still message and/or send a virtual business card to you through the platform. If Auto Forward is enabled in your account settings, you will be notified of these interactions via email.
In addition, you can visit your Data Portal at any time to see who has visited your booth. You can follow up with these attendees within the Intrado platform or by using their contact information which will be provided to you through the Data Portal.
What analytics and reporting will exhibitors receive from AHRMM?
Booth Visitor Contact Information
Your Booth Staff will have access to booth activity through the dedicated exhibitor Data Portal. This will include areas visited within your booth, items clicked, duration of visit plus their contact name, title, company and email address. How to access and use the Data Portal will be covered during the Booth Staff Webinar on Friday, September 18. You will receive Data Portal access starting on Friday, September 18.
Booth Chat Transcripts
AHRMM will record booth chat transcripts and provide them to your company after the week of October 12.
Please note: Individual / 1:1 chat transcripts are not recorded.
Post Event Data
Your booth will be viewable to attendees until the end of the 2020. You can continue to view the data portal for visitors.
Booth edits can be made after the AHRMM20+ live event days. Booth staff can add or remove content through the remainder of the year.

For the best platform functionality, we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox with Ad blockers disabled. If an Ad blocker is enabled you will be unable to receive real-time chat notifications.
